about

"Cross Roads" ~ Literary Ramblings from a shy guy... Music has flowed through my veins ever since i was a child, playing on my drum set @ age 5yrs. old or taking violin lessons at seven. Around age twelve i took two years of piano lessons, then i would borrow my friend's acoustic guitars until i got my own electric from a pawn shop @ 16 for a birthday present. Not long after that, i started a garage band with good friends Andy & Ben in high school called "Mad Martigan" from the movie "Willow". We played talent shows, parties, & numerous concerts at school & church functions. Then, i moved to Orange County & played rhythm guitar in a college band called "Iconoclast", bass in Northwest University's IKNDY, and bass in Oahu's Kid Brother. Around 2007, i started playing and recording my own music in Seattle and continue as a solo project to present day. I give all honor & glory to Jesus for allowing me to pursue my occupation as a musician, something i really enjoy doing! I hope that these songs will Encourage and Entertain you, wherever you may be on Life's Journey. Enjoy the music! ~ Luke

what's weird w/ you? This album is kind of the opposite of Bing Crosby, Frank Sinatra, CNN, ABC, NBC, Fox News, Goatees, mustaches, "Collars up" Oakley, Creed, Nickelback, barbed-wire tattoos, Disney, The Freedom Tower, and London, England. It is my HOPE that by giving the songs away for FREE it will hinder mainstream, exploited corporations such as iTunes & Spotify. All Honor & Glory to JESUS!!!

about

Mad Martigan Washington

A very fragile item such as a wild goose feather in a steel mill or a crippled wallaby at a wrestling match, completely run by bearded female circus midgets advertising the "world's smallest horse" inappropriately. Some call it "rare" others refer to it as strangely "other-worldly" often cited as having an cosmic appeal & hard to distinguish leaving individuals stunned, puzzled & questing origin. ... more
